Redwell Helping Hands (RHH) are a group of parents and staff who support the work and needs of the school by fundraising and organising events for both parents and children. We are also a member of the Parentkind Association, which support not only the PTA with insurance, guidance and event support but also parents through the year.
The funds raised by the RHH over the past few years have been spent on items such as markings on the new playground, funding for the new library, a treat during the annual Christmas show/outing and stocking the merit shop. We also fully fund the Year 6 end of year school Prom, which is always a great way to end our fundraising year.
The RHH raise funds through a number of different events during the academic year such as:
-
Macmillan Coffee Mornings
-
Christmas Shopping Nights
-
School Discos
-
Copper Count
-
Summer Fayre
-
Supporting the Year 5 Enterprise Day
-
RHH Bake-off competition
-
Mother's and Father's Day Crafts
-
Poetry and Art Showcases
-
Christmas Cards and Santa Projects
and more, when volunteers allow.
We also now have an online Second Hand Uniform Shop where you can purchase a variety of quality pre-loved pieces of uniform. This is also our event booking page when we hold events here to make it easier to get tickets:
